Chop Shop: London Garage
Join Bernie and Leepu in the new series of Chop Shop: London Garage. The garage is situated smack bang in the middle of Britain’s largest Bangladeshi community, Brick Lane. It’s the ideal place for Leepu’s design visions to mix with Bernie’s East End mechanical skills.
Bernie deals with the practicalities of transforming bangers into blingers, whilst Leepu spearheads the creativity behind the cars.
However, Leepu’s ambitious design visions threaten Bernie’s sanity and also the future of the garage. Will British and Bangladeshi cultures clash when they create motor mayhem?
As part of its strategy to integrate branded content across different platforms, Discovery Networks UK is to debut its car modification show, Chop Shop: London Garage, on its online video service.
The show will be available online four days prior to its TV premiere on the Discovery Channel, at 22.00 on October 8.
The 13-part series features Bernie and Leepu, two car enthusiasts who set up a car workshop in the Bangladeshi community of London’s East End.
Discovery Mobile’s Turbo content will support the launch, featuring behind the scenes footage and content from the first series to feature Bernie and Leepu, Bangla Bangers.
